Refund policy
Delighting customers is our ultimate aim. We always strive to deliver balloons at its best condition and on time.
We promise to send you the best quality of balloons and this would mean that they will occasionally last much longer. Balloon conditions can be affected by environment conditions in terms of temperature, wind, rough or edgy surroundings. If, at our discretion, the balloons do not meet our high quality standards, we will give you the choice of a replacement at our next available delivery date.
Our balloons are prepared carefully to ensure they arrive as beautiful and as fresh as when they left us. However, on a small number of occasions (and for reasons beyond our control) they may get damaged in transit. Should this occur to a level that you deem unacceptable, please contact our customer care (thebloomist.my@gmail.com) immediately so that we can arrange a replacement at our next available delivery date. Please note that you will need to email us a photo of the damaged balloons within 2 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a replacement.
Please understand that due to the perishable nature of balloons, we are unable to accept returns. We offer customers replacement balloons if the balloons are not delivered to an acceptable quality, as detailed above.
If you wish to change your order, please contact us at wa.me/601126782368 . We will do our best to accommodate last-minute changes for you, including delivery address, time slot, but we can only guarantee changes that are requested by at least 10AM ONE (1) DAY before delivery date.
Orders can be cancelled by e-mailling us at thebloomist.my@gmail.com by at least 10AM ONE (1) DAY before your delivery date. Upon confirmation by our customer service, payments shall be refunded in COUPON CODE ONLY. The coupon code will have a standard expiry date of one year and can be used to purchase any product in our store.
